Applicable Law

Applicable Law. Means all laws of any jurisdiction that are applicable to this Agreement, to any of the parties hereto or to any activity of any of the parties hereto, as amended and in force from time to time, and the rules, regulations, orders, licenses or permits issued thereunder, including, without limitation, any rules, regulations, orders, licenses and permits of any Competent Authority.

Applicable Law. Means any applicable law, rule, regulation or judicial, governmental or administrative order, decree, ruling, opinion or interpretation.

Applicable Law. Shall mean the law in effect from time to time and applicable to the transactions between the Maker and the Payee pursuant to this Note and the Security Agreement which lawfully permits the charging and collection of the highest permissible lawful, non-usurious rate of interest on such transactions, including laws of the State of Texas, and to the extent providing for a higher lawful rate of interest, laws of the United States of America. Code, as amended, shall be included in the laws of the State of Texas in determining Applicable Law; and for the purpose of applying said Chapter 303, the interest ceiling applicable to such transactions under said Chapter 303 shall be the indicated (weekly) rate ceiling from time to time in effect. Applicable Law. Shall mean, in respect of any Person, all provisions of constitutions, statutes, rules, regulations and orders of governmental bodies or regulatory agencies applicable to such Person, including, without limiting the foregoing, the Licenses (as defined below), the Communications Act and all orders, decisions, judgments and decrees of all courts and arbitrators in proceedings or actions to which the Person in question is a party or by which it is bound.

Applicable Law. Means all applicable federal, state, foreign and other laws and all applicable rules, regulations, interpretations and orders of any relevant Authority.

Applicable Law. Means the requirements relating to the administration of stock option plans under U.S. federal and state laws, any stock exchange or quotation system on which the Company has listed or submitted for quotation the Common Shares to the extent provided under the terms of the Company's agreement with such exchange or quotation system and, with respect to Awards subject to the laws of any foreign jurisdiction where Awards are, or will be, granted under the Plan, the laws of such jurisdiction.

Applicable Law. Means all applicable ordinances, rules, regulations, laws, industry guidelines, requirements and court orders of any kind whatsoever of any competent Authority that may apply in Japan, as amended from time to time including GMP (if applicable) and Act on Securing Quality, Efficacy and Safety of Products Including Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices.

Applicable Law. Means all applicable laws, rules and regulations (including any rules, regulations, guidelines or other requirements of any regulatory authorities) that may be in effect from time to time. -1-

Applicable Law. Means the requirements relating to the issuance and administration of equity and stock option plans under the states' corporate laws and federal and state securities laws of the United States of America, the Code, any stock exchange or quotation system on which the Common Stock is listed or quoted and the applicable laws of any foreign country or jurisdiction where Awards are granted under the Plan.

Applicable Law. Means all provisions of statutes, rules, regulations and Orders of any Governmental Authority applicable to the Person (including, for the avoidance of doubt, the Loan Parties) in question, and all Orders and decrees of all courts, tribunals and arbitrators in proceedings or actions in which the Person (including, for the avoidance of doubt, the Loan Parties) in question is a party.
