Area

Area. Shall mean the geographic area within the boundaries of Henry County, Georgia. It is the express intent of the parties that the Area as defined herein is the area where the Executive performs services on behalf of the Employer under this Agreement.

Area. (i) during the Executive's period of employment, any geographic region where the Employer is doing business or actively pursuing business opportunities; and (ii) during the Post-Termination Period, any geographic region where the Employer was doing business and was actively pursuing business opportunities within the final two (2) years of the Executive's employment.

Area. The geographic area within the boundaries of ---- Fulton County, Georgia. It is the express intent of the parties that the Area as defined herein is the area where the Employee performs services on behalf of the Company and its affiliates as of the Effective Date.

Area. Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia and Wisconsin

Area. Shall mean the parcel of land commonly known and referred to as AE Building 2, 1625 Sharp Point Drive, Fort Collins Colorado, as depicted on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. The Area includes the Leased Premises. The Area may include Common Areas.

Area.
