Area

Area. The geographic areas encompassed by a fifty (50) mile radius from each of the Bank's main business offices in the cities of Appleton, Green Bay, Sturgeon Bay and Wausau, Wisconsin. It is the express intent of the parties that the Area as defined herein is the area where the Executive performs services on behalf of the Employer under this Agreement.

Area. The geographic area within a 50 mile radius of the Bank's corporate office and each branch office, it being the express intent of the parties that the Area as defined herein is the area where the Executive performs or performed services on behalf of the Bank under this Agreement as of, or within a reasonable time prior to, the termination of the Executive's employment hereunder

Area. The states, areas and countries listed on Exhibit B hereto and all other states in which the Company or any of its Affiliates owns, acquires, develops, invests in, leases, finances the ownership of, or finances the operation of any skilled nursing facilities, senior housing, long-term care facilities, assisted living facilities, or other residential healthcare-related real estate.

Area. Means research and development of synthetic processes, procedures or protocols for synthesis and purification of compounds, generation of Virtual Libraries and the production and purification of Tangible Libraries, MT Compounds, and Penultimates, as well as the development or modification of Protocols and Other Services such as, but not limited to, computational work as specified in the Annual Project Plans or Work Orders as agreed to between the parties from time to time.

Area. Shall mean the parcel of land depicted on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and commonly known and referred to as Lots 9, 10 and 23 of Prospect East Business Park , Fort Collins , Colorado. The Area includes the Leased Premises and one or more buildings. The Area may include Common Areas.

Area. The markets listed in Exhibit A within which ALLTEL either is licensed and authorized by the FCC to provide commercial mobile service, or manages on behalf of the FCC licensee and in which ALLTEL currently provides ALLTEL Wireless Data Packet Service.

It is the express intent of the parties that the Area as defined herein is the area where the Employee performs services on behalf of the Employer under this Agreement.
