Area

Area. Shall mean the geographic area within a thirty-five (35) mile radius of the Bank's primary location at 3530 Wheeler Road, Augusta, Georgia 30909. It is the express intent of the parties that the Area as defined herein is the area where the Executive performs services on behalf of the Employer under this Agreement.

Area. Shall mean anywhere within any state of the United States of America or any other country in which Neoware or it Affiliates, directly or indirectly, at any time carries on or engages in the Thin Client Business.

Area. Means: (a) research to develop a battery of phenotypic and challenge Assays on Transgenic Animals; (b) performing phenotypic analysis on Transgenic Animals using such Assays; and (c) any other activities identified in the course of the research or development hereunder; in all cases only as specified in the Research Plan (as defined below).

The geographic area of the United States, Canada and Mexico, and such other geographic areas in which operations are performed, supervised, or assisted in by Employee on behalf of the Company or in which the Company operates, both as of the date hereof and as are anticipated to be conducted throughout the Term.

Area. Shall mean the geographic area encompassed by Forsyth, Fulton and Hall Counties in the State of Georgia. It is the express intent of the parties that the Area as defined herein is the area where the Executive performs services on behalf of the Employer under this Agreement.

Area. Shall mean the geographic area within the boundaries of Bibb, Chatham, Crawford, Effingham, Glynn, Houston, Lowndes, McIntosh and Peach Counties, Georgia. It is the express intent of the Parties that the Area as defined herein is the area where the Employee performs services on behalf of the Employer under this Agreement.
