Award Agreement

Award Agreement. Means, with respect to each grant of Units to a Participant, the written agreement between the Participant and the Company setting forth the terms and conditions of the award of Units. Award Agreements, which need not be identical, shall state the number of Units originally awarded to the Participant, shall be signed by the Company, and shall incorporate by reference the terms of this Plan, which shall be attached thereto. Award Agreement. An Option Agreement, Stock Award Agreement or Stock Appreciation Right Agreement

Award Agreement. A written agreement in a form approved by the Committee to be entered into between the Company and the Participant as provided in Section 3

Award Agreement. Has the meaning set forth in Section 5(a) of this Plan. Each Award Agreement shall be substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A (or such other form as the Administrator may approve from time to time).

Award Agreement. Means the written or electronic agreement setting forth the terms and provisions applicable to each Award granted under the Plan. The Award Agreement includes any documents attached to or incorporated into such Award Agreement, including, but not limited to, a notice of such Award granted under the Plan and a form of exercise notice. The Award Agreement is subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan.

Award Agreement. Means a written agreement between the Company and a Participant setting forth the terms and conditions applicable to an Option granted by the Company under this Plan and accepted by the Participant.

Award Agreement. Means any written instrument (including any employment, severance or change in control agreement) that sets forth the terms, conditions, restrictions and/or limitations applicable to an Award, in addition to those set forth under the Plan.
