Example Definitions of "Award Agreement"
Award Agreement. A written agreement, which may be in electronic form, with a Grantee with respect to any Award.
Award Agreement. The written agreement entered into between the Participant and the Company setting forth the terms and conditions applicable to an Award, as provided under Section 5(c). An Award Agreement may, in the discretion of the Committee, be transmitted electronically to any Participant.
Award Agreement. Shall mean any agreement between the Company and a Participant for the payment to the Participant of compensation that is deferred under this Plan.
Award Agreement. The agreement between the Participant and the Company specifying the applicable terms of an Award.
Award Agreement. Means the agreement between the Company and a Participant pursuant to which an Award is granted and which specifies the terms and conditions of that Award, including the vesting requirements applicable to that Award.
