Award
Award. Means, with respect to each Participant, the award determined pursuant to Section 8 below for a Plan Year. Each Award is determined by a Payout Formula or Payout Formulae for the applicable Plan Year, subject to the Committee's authority under Section 8 to eliminate, reduce or adjust the Award otherwise payable.
