Award

Award. A compensation award earned and granted in accordance with Sections 4 and 5 of this Program.

Award. Means a grant made under this Plan in the form of Performance Shares, Restricted Stock, Restricted Stock Units, Options, Performance Units, Stock Appreciation Rights, or Stock Awards.

Award. An award of Restricted Stock, Restricted Stock Units, Stock Appreciation Rights, Phantom Stock or Dividend Equivalent Rights granted under the Plan, designated by the Committee at the time of such grant as an Award, and containing the terms specified herein for Awards

Award. Any Performance Accelerated Restricted Stock, Performance Award, Option, Stock Appreciation Right, Restricted Stock, Deferred Stock or Other Stock-Based Award or any other right or interest relating to Shares or cash granted to a Participant under the Plan.

Award. Shall mean, individually or collectively, a grant under this Plan of Stock Options, Restricted Compensation Shares, Restricted Compensation Share Units, Stock Appreciation Rights, Performance Shares, Award Shares or other Awards.

Award. An incentive award granted to a Participant in writing and in accordance with this Plan
