Award

Award. Means any payment or settlement in respect of a grant made pursuant to the Plan, whether in the form of shares of Common Stock or in cash, or in any combination thereof.

Award. Any form of award authorized and granted under the Plan, whether singly or in combination pursuant to such terms, conditions, restrictions and/or limitations (if any) as the Committee may establish. Awards granted under the Plan may include: (i) Options; (ii) Restricted Stock; (iii) Stock Appreciation Rights; (iv) Stock Units and Performance Share Awards; and (v) Performance-Based Awards

Award. An award of Common Stock under the Plan

Award. The cash dollar amount of incentive compensation payable to a Member under the Plan for a Fiscal Year.

Award. The grant of Restricted Stock or Restricted Stock Units under the Plan

Award. Means grants of Options, Performance Shares, Performance Units, Restricted Stock or an annual incentive award under this Plan.

Award. Any Stock Option, SAR, Limited SAR, Performance Unit or Restricted Stock Right granted under this Plan

Award. Means any award of Restricted Stock which is granted pursuant to the terms of Section 4.

Award. Means an award in one of the forms described in Section 4(a) and subject to the terms and conditions of this Plan and the relevant plan agreement.

Award. Means an incentive award, either a Long Term Award or an Annual Award made pursuant to the Plan.
