Award

Award. Shall mean an award of cash granted pursuant to the Plan in a form substantially similar to that set forth on Exhibit "A" hereto.

Award. Shall mean any Option, LSAR, Restricted Stock, Deferred Stock, Shares granted as a bonus or in lieu of other awards, Dividend Equivalent, or Other Share-Based Award, or any other right or interest granted to a Participant under the Plan.

Award. Grants of Options, Stock Appreciation Rights, Restricted Stock, Performance Shares, or Performance Units under this Plan.

Award. Shall mean any award granted pursuant to the terms of the Plan and pursuant to the non-Plan Stock Option Agreement dated October 15, 1997, including but not limited to stock options, stock appreciation rights ("SARs") (including Limited SARs), restricted stock, deferred stock, stock granted as a bonus or in lieu of other awards, dividend equivalents, and other stock-based awards.

Award. A grant of non-qualified stock options made in accordance with the terms hereof.

Award. Shall mean, for any Participant, actual payment in cash following the completion of the Performance Period.

Award. Shall mean any grant or award under the Plan, as evidenced in a written document delivered to a Participant as provided in Section 11(b).

Award. Shall mean a grant of an Option or the award of Restricted Stock under the Plan.

Award. Means an Option, Stock Appreciation Right, Restricted Stock Award, Stock Bonus Award, Deferred Stock Award or Other Stock-Based Award granted pursuant to the terms of the Plan.

Award. Means the amount of bonus compensation to which an Eligible Employee is entitled for each Plan Year in accordance with sections 4 and 5 of the Plan.
