Award

Award. An Option, Stock Appreciation Right, Stock Award, Cash-Based Award, or Other Stock-Based Award granted under the Plan

Award. Shall mean, with respect to each Global Partner, the right to acquire Shares at their nominal value from the Trustee or to elect to receive a cash sum from the Subsidiary that then may employ or in the past had employed such Global Partner in lieu of such acquisition (or a combination of the foregoing);

Award. An award of a nonqualified stock option to purchase Shares.

Award. Shall have the meaning set forth in the LTIP.

Award. Any grant of a Stock Option, a Stock Appreciation Right, Restricted Stock, a Restricted Stock Unit, Performance Stock, a Performance Stock Unit, Other Stock-Based Award or any other type of award permitted under this Plan
