Award

Award. Shall mean, individually or collectively, a grant under this 2017 Plan of Nonqualified Stock Options, Incentive Stock Options, Stock Appreciation Rights, Restricted Stock Awards, Restricted Stock Units, or Other Stock-Based Awards, in each case subject to the terms of this 2017 Plan.

Award. Means, individually or collectively, a grant under the Plan of Incentive Stock Options, Nonqualified Stock Options, Restricted Stock, Restricted Stock Units, Other Awards, or any combination of the foregoing.

Award. Means any award made, in writing or by an electronic medium, pursuant to this Plan. All Awards shall be in the form of Options.

Award. Means a Cash Award, dividend equivalent, SAR, Stock Award, or Option granted, or Converted Award issued, in accordance with the terms of the Plan.

Award. Means an award under the Plan, including any Incentive Stock Option, a Non-Qualified Option, Stock Appreciation Right, a Restricted Stock Award, a Restricted Stock Unit Award, a Performance Award, an Other Stock-Based Award or a Cash Award.

Award. Means any right to receive Common Stock, cash or other property granted under the Plan (including an Incentive Stock Option, a Nonstatutory Stock Option, a Restricted Stock Award, a RSU Award, a SAR, a Performance Award or any Other Award).

Award. As to any Participant, the Participant's right to receive a cash payment pursuant to the Plan which may be, but is not required to be, evidenced by a Participation Agreement.

Award. Means, individually or collectively, any Option, Restricted Award, SAR, other Stock-Based Award or Cash-Based Award granted under the Plan.
