Award

Award. Means an award of a stock purchase loan granted to an Eligible Employee under the Plan.

Award. Means an award of an Option Right, Restricted Stock or Common Stock Grant under this Plan.

Award. Means any Option, Stock Appreciation Right, Restricted Stock, Restricted Stock Unit, Performance Unit, Performance Share, Annual Incentive Award, or Stock Bonus granted pursuant to the terms of the Plan.

Award. Shall mean any Performance Award, Restricted IDS Award, Other IDS Unit Award, Dividend Equivalents, Interest Equivalents or any other right, interest or option relating to IDSs or other property (including cash) granted pursuant to the provisions of the Plan.

Award. Means any Option.

Award. Means an Appreciation Right, an Option Right, a Director Option, Phantom Shares, a Performance Unit, Bonus Stock, Restricted Stock, or a Cash Tax Right (each as defined in this paragraph).

Award. Shall mean the incentive amount earned under the Plan by a Participant which shall be payable in the form of cash, fully vested stock options to purchase shares of common stock of the Company, other stock grants, or any combination of these.

Award. Means an award of any Option (which may be designated as a NQSO or an ISO and which may include as an incident thereto Stock Units), Stock Appreciation Right, Stock Unit, Restricted Stock, Stock Bonus, Deferred Stock Alternative, Performance-Based Award, Dividend Equivalent Rights, or deferred payment right, or any combination thereof, whether alternative or cumulative, authorized by and granted under this Plan.

Award. Means an Incentive Stock Right, Stock Option, Stock Appreciation Right, Restricted Stock grant and/or Dividend Equivalent.

Award. Any Option, award of Restricted Stock, Restricted Stock Unit, or other Stock-based or cash-based award granted a Participant under the Plan.
