Award

Award. Means a SAR, Restricted Share, Restricted Share Unit, or Performance Share.

Award. Shall mean any stock option, stock appreciation right, stock award, stock purchase right, phantom stock award, performance award, or other stock-based award.

Award. Means a grant under this Plan of an Option.

Award. Means, individually or collectively, a grant under the Plan of Nonqualified Stock Options, Incentive Stock Options, SARs, or Restricted Stock.

Award. An award of Restricted Shares granted to a Participant under the Plan.

Means an Option, Stock Purchase Right or Stock Award issued under the Plan, as reflected in a written document (including in electronic form), the form(s) of which shall be approved from time to time by the Administrator, reflecting the terms of the Award granted under the Plan and shall include any documents attached to or incorporated into such written document, including a notice of grant, a form of exercise notice or similar documents.
