Award

Award. A discretionary cash payment made by the Company to an Eligible Employee in accordance with the terms of this Plan.

Award. Means an award or grant of one or some combination of one or more Non-statutory Stock Options, Incentive Stock Options, Limited Rights, Restricted Stock, Restricted Stock Units, and Dividend Equivalent Rights, or any other right, interest or option relating to shares of Common Stock granted pursuant to the Plan.

Award. An Option, a Stock Purchase Right or a Restricted Stock Unit award granted to an eligible individual under the Plan.

Award. A bonus or other incentive compensation award payable in cash, Shares or any combination thereof, granted to a Participant under or pursuant to this Plan with respect to a particular Performance Period, in accordance with any applicable terms, conditions and limitations as the Committee may establish in order to fulfill the objectives of the Plan.

Award. The total incentive award made to a Participant under the terms of the Plan.

Award. Means an award of Restricted Shares made to a Participant under Section 6 of the Plan.

Award. Means any Option, SAR, Restricted Stock, Restricted Stock Unit, and Cash Incentive Award granted under this Plan.

Award. Means any Option, SAR, Restricted Stock, and Deferred Stock Units granted under this Plan.

Award. Grants of Options, Performance Shares or Restricted Stock under this Plan.
