Award

Award. Means a Participant's award, measured in Units.

Award. Means any award under the Plan, including any Option, Restricted Stock 15 Award, Stock Bonus Award, Stock Appreciation Right, Restricted Stock Unit or Performance Share Award.

Award. Means an Option, a share of Restricted Stock, a Restricted Stock Unit, a SAR, a Performance Share, a Performance Unit or an Other Share-Based Award granted pursuant to the terms of the Plan.

Award. Means any or all of the following: Appreciation Right, Deferred Shares, Free-Standing Appreciation Right, Option Right, Performance Share, Performance Unit or Restricted Shares.

Award. Means the amount granted to a Participant by the Committee for a Performance Period under the Plan, whether paid in cash, stock, restricted stock, stock options, other stock-based or stock-denominated units or any other form of consideration.

Award. Means Option Rights, Appreciation Rights, Restricted Shares, Restricted Share Units, Performance Shares or Performance Units granted to a Participant under this Plan.

Award. Shall mean any Incentive Share Option, Nonqualified Share Option, Restricted Share, Restricted Share Unit, Share Appreciation Right, Phantom Share or Performance Award granted pursuant to the Share Incentive Plan, other than the Rollover Equity.

Award. Means, individually or collectively, a grant under this Plan of Options, Stock Appreciation Rights, Stock Purchase Rights, Restricted Stock or Restricted Stock Units, in each case subject to the terms of this Plan.

Award. Any award or benefit granted under the Plan, including without limitation, the grant of Options, SARs, Restricted Stock, Performance Shares or Incentive Bonuses, or any combination thereof, under the Plan.

Award. Shall mean an Option, a Restricted Stock award, a Stock Appreciation Right award, a Performance Share award, a Dividend Equivalents award, a Stock Payment award, a Stock Purchase Right or a Restricted Stock Unit award granted to an eligible individual under the Plan.
