Award

Award. An award, including without limitation, an award of restricted stock, stock units, stock options, or stock appreciation rights or another equity-based or equity-related award, granted under any Company equity compensation plan and subject to the terms and provisions of such plan.

Award. Any and all awards granted under the 2012 Plan including, without limitation, options, unit appreciation rights, restricted units, phantom units, profits interest, substitute awards, performance awards, unit awards, other unit based awards and any tandem distribution equivalent rights granted with respect to an award

Award. Means any Option, SAR, Restricted Stock, Restricted Stock Unit, Deferred Stock, Other Stock‐based or cash award, Annual or Long-Term Incentive Award or other Performance Award, or any other Award permitted to be granted to a Participant under the Plan, which may be denominated or settled in Stock, cash or in such other forms as permitted hereunder.

Award. An incentive compensation award, granted pursuant to the Plan, which is contingent upon the attainment of specific Performance Targets during the Performance Period with respect to a preestablished Performance Factor.

Award. Means a Stock-Based Award or a Cash Incentive Award.

Award. Shall mean an Annual Incentive Award or Long-Term Incentive Award granted under the Plan.

Award. An award under the Wrap-Around Plan that is payable in the form of Cash and Restricted Stock pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in this Wrap-Around Plan

Award. A Phantom Unit, Performance Unit, Appreciation Right, Restricted Unit, Option Right, Cash Incentive Award, DER or Other Award granted under the Plan.
