Award. An Option, a Stock Appreciation Right, a Stock Purchase Right, a Restricted Stock Award, or a Restricted Stock Unit granted to a Service Provider under the Plan. The Committee, in its discretion, may determine that any Award granted hereunder shall be a Performance Award.
