Award

Award. A grant under the Plan of Nonqualified Stock Options, Incentive Stock Options, Stock Appreciation Rights, Restricted Shares, Restricted Stock Units, Performance Share Awards, Cash-Based Awards, or Other Stock-Based Awards, in each case subject to the terms of the Plan. Grandfathered Awards may, as determined by the Committee in its discretion, constitute Performance-Based Awards

Award. Any Bonus or Option issued pursuant to the Plan

Award. Means an Option, Restricted Stock, Unrestricted Stock, Restricted Stock Unit, Stock Appreciation Right or Phantom Stock Unit Award.

Award. Any award of a Nonstatutory Stock Option, Incentive Stock Option, SAR, Restricted Stock, RSU, Performance Award, Deferred Award, Other Cash-Based Award or Other Share-Based Award under the Plan

Award. Any award of an Option, Stock Appreciation Right, Restricted Stock, Restricted Stock Unit or Incentive Bonus granted pursuant to the Plan

Award. A cash payment to which a Participant may be entitled under the Plan if the Performance Measures for a Performance Period are satisfied.

Award. The grant, pursuant to the Plan, of any Option, Stock Appreciation Right, Restricted Stock Award, Restricted Stock Unit Award, Performance Awards, Performance Share, Performance Unit, Qualified Performance-Based Award, or Other Stock Unit Award. The terms and conditions applicable to an Award shall be set forth in applicable Grant Documents

Award. Means any (i) Options, (ii) Stock Appreciation Rights, (iii) Restricted Shares, (iv) Restricted Stock Units, (v) Dividend Equivalents, (vi) Cash Awards or (vii) Other Awards, granted under the Plan, whether granted singly, in combination or in tandem to a Participant.

Award. The amount of incentive bonus granted to a Participant for an Award Year as determined under the terms of an Award Plan
