Award

Award. Any Annual Incentive Award, Option Right, Restricted Stock, Restricted Stock Unit, Appreciation Right, Performance Share, Performance Unit or Other Award granted pursuant to the terms of the Plan.

Award. Individually or collectively, any Option, Share Appreciation Right, Restricted Share, Restricted Share Unit, Performance Share, unrestricted Share or Other Share-Based Award, including but not limited to LTIP Unit Awards, granted or sold under the Plan

Award. Any award granted under the Plan that is convertible into or otherwise based on Common Stock, including a Nonstatutory Stock Option, Restricted Stock Unit Award, SAR or share of Restricted Stock

Award. Means a Unit, Restricted Unit, Phantom Unit, Option, Unit Appreciation Right, DER, or Substitute Award granted under the Plan.

Award. Shall mean any Option, Restricted Stock, Restricted Stock Unit, Dividend Equivalent Rights, Stock Appreciation Right or Other Award granted pursuant to the terms of the Plan.

Award. Shall mean any Option (including Incentive Stock Options and Non-Qualified Stock Options, as such terms are defined in the US Sub-Plan), Share, Restricted Share, RSUs or any Other Share-based Award (including, but not limited to, Share Appreciation Rights ("SARs")).

Award. An award of cash and/or common stock of the Company that may be payable to a Participant pursuant to the terms of this Plan, with the specific amount being set forth in such Participant's Award Agreement. The Award is subject to forfeiture as set forth in Section 6. No Award shall be effective unless the corresponding Award Agreement is agreed upon in its entirety and is timely executed by the Participant.
