Award

Award. Any Restricted Stock Award, Performance Unit Award, or Other Stock-Based Award, or any other right or interest relating to Stock or cash, granted to a Grantee under the Agreement

Award. A grant of Shares or of a right to receive Shares pursuant to Section 7 of the Plan.
