Award

Award. The grant of any Option, Stock Award or Cash Award to a Participant pursuant to such applicable terms, conditions and limitations as the Board may establish in accordance with the objectives of this Plan

Award. The payment to a Participant made under this Plan for a Performance Period

Award. Individually or collectively, an Option, Stock Appreciation Right, Restricted Stock Award, Restricted Stock Unit, Deferred Stock Unit, Performance Award, Non-Employee Director Award, or Other Stock-Based Award, in each case granted to an Eligible Recipient pursuant to this Plan.

Award. Means the dollar amount (positive or negative) which results from the multiplication of the Participant's Target Incentive Amount for the Year, by the Performance Factor for the same Year.

Award. Any decision of the Employer to award Employer Contribution Credits to the Participant's Employer Contribution Credit Account for a particular Plan Year

Award. Whenever any Shares subject to an Award other than an Option or Stock Appreciation Right granted under this Plan (or any award other than an option or stock appreciation right under the Prior Plans that is outstanding after December 31, 2015) are tendered (either actually or by attestation) or withheld by the Company to satisfy tax withholding requirements, such Shares may again be the subject of Awards under this Plan. Award. An Option, Unit Appreciation Right, Restricted Unit, Phantom Unit, Unit Award, Substitute Award, Other Unit Based Award, Cash Award, Distribution Equivalent Right (whether granted alone or in tandem with respect to another Award other than a Restricted Unit or Unit Award) or Performance Award, in each case, granted under the Plan.

Award. Shall have the meaning given to such term in the Incentive Award Plan.

Award. Any right granted under the Plan, including an Incentive Stock Option, a Non-Qualified Stock Option, a Stock Appreciation Right, a Restricted Award, a Performance Share Award or a Performance Compensation Award.
