Example Definitions of "Base Pay"
Base Pay. The annual base rate of cash compensation, excluding bonuses.
Base Pay. The Executive's annual base salary rate as in effect from time to time.
Base Pay. For all purposes under this Agreement, "Base Pay" shall mean the Executive's base salary, bonuses and commissions (but does not include overtime compensation, shift premiums, compensation associated with stock options, reimbursements or expense allowances) earned during the twelve months preceding the Executive's employment termination effective date.

Base Pay. Shall mean 1/12th of an Eligible Employee's monthly average cash compensation during the twelve (12) months preceding the Eligible Employee's termination of employment.
