Example Definitions of "Base Pay"
Base Pay. The remuneration of an Eligible Employee for a Year of Assessment including shift differentials, paid holidays and sick leave but excluding overtime and any other fluctuating emoluments
Base Pay. The annual base rate of cash compensation, excluding bonuses, commissions, overtime pay, Variable Payments, Target Variable Payments, shift differential, payments under the Agilent Technologies, Inc. Disability Plan and the Agilent Technologies, Inc. Supplemental Income Protection Plan, or any other additional compensation.
Base Pay. The Employee's weekly salary at the time of the Employee's Termination of Employment. Base Pay shall not include management incentive compensation, overtime or any other additions to salary.

Base Pay. Shall mean your annual base salary rate as of immediately before the Termination Date (but disregarding any reduction in Base Pay that constituted Good Reason).
