Base Salary

Base Salary. The Executive's base annualized salary in effect as of the Effective Date, or, if the Executive's base annualized salary was increased after such date and before the Executive's termination of employment, the full amount of such increased base annualized salary.

Base Salary. Shall mean a Participant's regular base salary as of March 1 of the first year in the performance period. The base salary would exclude other forms of compensation, including incentive compensation and gains associated with stock or stock options.

Base Salary. - - The Participant's annual base salary rate of earnings in effect as of December 31 of any Incentive Year.

Base Salary. Executive's annual base salary as in effect during the last regularly scheduled payroll period immediately preceding the effective date of the Covered Termination.

Base Salary. Shall mean the Executive's base compensation per annum, as established by the Compensation Committee. Beginning May 2, 2005 and until such time as the Compensation Committee effects a change, the Executive shall serve without a Base Salary.

Base Salary. Means the annual amount equal to One Hundred and Seventy Seven Thousand Dollars ($177,000), as adjusted by the Board of Directors of the Company from time to time.

Base Salary. Means Employee's current annual base salary payable by the Corporation.

Base Salary. Shall mean the Executive's regular annual rate of base pay, as set forth in Paragraph 4(a), as of the date in question.

Base Salary. Shall mean the annual compensation (excluding Incentive Compensation as defined in (e) of this paragraph and other benefits) payable or paid to Executive pursuant to paragraph 4(a) of this Agreement.

Base Salary. For purposes of this Plan only, means the fixed portion of the Participant's compensation. It specifically excludes any amount paid pursuant to any annual or long-term incentive plan of the Holding Company or the Bank.
