Base Salary

Example Definitions of "Base Salary"
Base Salary. Shall mean Executive's monthly base salary at the rate in effect on the date of a reduction for purposes of paragraph (g) of this Section, or on the date of a termination of employment under circumstances described in subsections 3(a) or (b) below, whichever is higher; provided, however, that such rate shall in no event be less than the highest rate in effect for Executive at any time during the Term.
Base Salary. With respect to a Participant, the higher of (i) the Participant's annual base salary as in effect on the date immediately prior to the start of the Change in Control Protection Period, or (ii) the Participant's annual base salary as in effect on the date of the Participant's Qualifying Termination
Base Salary. The Employee's annual base salary, as determined by the Company from time to time
Base Salary. Your annual base salary as in effect immediately prior to the termination of your employment (or, if clause (i) or (ii) of "Good Reason" is implicated, immediately before any relevant diminution of your Base Salary)
Base Salary. Means the Executive's annual base compensation rate for services paid by the Company to the Executive at the time immediately prior to the Effective Date, as reflected in the Company's payroll records and which the Board may increase (but not decrease).
