Example Definitions of "Base Salary"
Base Salary. Shall mean the Employee's monthly base salary as in effect immediately prior to the Termination Date or, if greater, as in effect immediately prior to the effective date of the Change of Control.
Base Salary. Means the annualized salary paid to Executive by the Bank during the last full month immediately preceding the Termination Date.
Base Salary. Means the annual salary of the Officer at the time of termination of the Officer's employment within the application of this Agreement.
Base Salary. The amount of base salary received by a Participant during a Performance Period, as determined by the Committee. In the discretion of the Committee, a Participant's base salary may be annualized or set at the Participant's base salary as of the last day of the Performance Period.
