Example Definitions of "Base Salary"
Base Salary. Means, with respect to any Plan Participant, "Base Salary" as defined in such Plan Participant's Employment Agreement.
Base Salary. Means the annual salary of the Executive at the time of termination of the Executive's Employment by the Company determined by reference to the Executive's most recently received, regular, periodic payroll check, provided however, if Base Salary has been reduced as described in Section 7(l)(i), then Base Salary will mean the annual salary of the Executive prior to any such reduction.
Base Salary. Shall mean the salary provided for in Subsection 3.1 of this Agreement, as the same may be increased from time to time thereunder.
