Beneficial Owner

Beneficial Owner. Means a beneficial owner as determined under Rule 13d-3 under the Exchange Act

Beneficial Owner. 'beneficial ownership' and 'beneficially owned' (or variations of such terms) shall have the meaning set forth in, and shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Section 13(d) of the Exchange Act and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.
