Beneficial Owner

Beneficial Owner. Has the meaning set forth in Rule 13(d)(3) promulgated under the Exchange Act.

Beneficial Owner. Shall have the meaning defined in, and shall be determined pursuant to, Rule l3d-3 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.

Beneficial Owner. Shall have the meaning set forth in Rule 13d-3 under the Exchange Act, except that a Person shall not be deemed to be the Beneficial Owner of any securities with respect to which such Person has properly filed an effective Schedule 13G.

Beneficial Owner. Has the meaning attributed to it in Rules 13d-3 and 13d-5 under the Exchange Act, whether or not applicable, except that a "person" shall not be deemed to have "beneficial ownership" of any shares that any such person has the right to acquire, whether or not such right is exercisable immediately or within sixty (60) days after the date as of which such determination is being made (the term "beneficial ownership" shall have a correlative meaning to the term "beneficial owner").
