Benefits

Benefits. The benefits available under the Program, including Options, Stock Units and L&P Cash Deferrals.

Benefits. Means all Company medical, dental, vision, life and disability plans in which Executive participates under Section 4(b).

Benefits. Means, for purposes of section 7, those benefits and perquisites actually afforded to Executive or to which Executive shall be entitled, as contemplated by section 5(c), immediately before the Termination Date.

Benefits. Benefits (including payments) provided to Participants pursuant to Section 3 of the Plan (including Medical Benefits) on account of termination from the Company under circumstances set forth in this Plan.

Benefits. Nothing in this Supplemental Indenture, expressed or implied, shall give or be construed to give to any person, firm or corporation, other than the parties hereto and the holders of Securities, any benefit or any legal or equitable right, remedy or claim under this Supplemental Indenture or the Indenture.

Means, for purposes of Section 7, those benefits and perquisites actually afforded to Executive or to which Executive shall be entitled, as contemplated by Section 5(c), immediately before the Termination Date or other date on or as of which Executive's employment (and therefore the Term) terminates (but excluding health benefits such as medical, prescription drug, dental, or vision coverages if the Company is at such time making the additional monthly payment provided for in Section 5(a)(2))

Benefits. The severance benefits a Participant is entitled to receive pursuant to Section 4 hereof. Other benefits as specified in Section 5 are not considered severance benefits for purposes of the Plan

Benefits. All Company provided benefits that are made available to all employees of the Company for participation
