Benefits. Benefits. Means benefits that would be available under the Company's Medical Plan, Dental Plan, Senior Executive Medical Reimbursement Plan, Life Insurance and Disability Insurance Plans and any similar health and welfare plan of the Company.

Benefits. The benefits available under the Program, including Options, Stock Units and L&P Cash Deferrals.

Benefits. For purposes of this Agreement, "Benefits" shall mean all of the Company's employee benefit programs for which senior executive employees of the Company and its Subsidiaries are generally eligible, including, but not limited to, the Company's medical, dental and life insurance plans, 401(K) Plan, Flexible Benefits Account, Employee Share Purchase Plan and Profit Sharing Plan.
