Benefits. Shall mean all the fringe benefits approved by the Board from time to time and established by the Company in its discretion for the benefit of the employees generally and/or for key employees of the Company as a class, including, but not limited to, regular holidays, vacations, absences resulting from illness or accident, health insurance, disability and medical plans (including dental and prescription drug), group life insurance, automobile allowance, pharmacy allowance, un-reimbursed medical... allowance, fitness or club fee allowance, stock option plans and stock purchase plans, and pension, profit-sharing or their equivalent. Benefits. Means, collectively, all of the employee benefit programs, including, without limitation, medical and dental plans and retirement plans, for which senior executive employees of the Company and its Subsidiaries are generally eligible.
