Benefits

Benefits. Means, for purposes of Section 7, those benefits and perquisites actually afforded to Executive or to which Executive shall be entitled, as contemplated by Section 5(c), immediately before the Termination Date or other date on or as of which Executive's employment (and therefore the Term) terminates (but excluding health benefits such as medical, prescription drug, dental, or vision coverages if the Company is at such time making the additional monthly payment provided for in Section 5(a)(2))

Benefits. The severance benefits a Participant is entitled to receive pursuant to Section 4 hereof. Other benefits as specified in Section 5 are not considered severance benefits for purposes of the Plan

Benefits. All Company provided benefits that are made available to all employees of the Company for participation
