Certificate

Certificate. The Certificate of Formation filed with the Secretary of State of Delaware on January 6, 2003 to form the Company pursuant to the Act, as originally executed by Kevin Medill (as an authorized person within the meaning of the Act) and as amended, modified, supplemented or restated from time to time, as the context requires.

Certificate. Means the Certificate of Formation filed with respect to the LLC in the office of the Delaware Secretary of State, as the same may be from time to time amended, modified or supplemented in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

Certificate. Shall mean the Corporation's articles of incorporation, as from time to time in effect.
