Change in Control Period. The time period beginning on the date on which a Change in Control becomes effective and ending on the first anniversary of the effective date of such Change in Control (except as otherwise set forth in a Participation Agreement)

Change in Control Period. Means the period of time commencing sixty (60) days prior to a Change in Control and ending on the first anniversary of the Change in Control.
Change in Control Period. The period commencing on the effective date of a Change of Control and ending 12 months following such date.
