Example Definitions of "Change in Control Period"
Change in Control Period. The period (i) ending on the second anniversary of a Change in Control and (ii) commencing on the earlier of the date of the first public announcement of the definitive agreement (or the date of the public announcement of a tender offer that is not approved by the Incumbent Directors) that results in such Change in Control or 60 days prior to the consummation of such Change in Control.
Change in Control Period. Means the period spanning: (i) the period that begins ninety (90) days before and that ends on the day prior to the date a Change in Control is consummated (the "Pre-Change in Control Period"), plus (ii) the period that begins on the date a Change in Control is consummated and ends twenty-four (24) months following the consummation of a Change in Control (the "Post-Change in Control Period").
Change in Control Period. The two-year period beginning upon the occurrence of a Change in Control; provided that in the event that a subsequent Change in Control occurs during such a two-year period, the Change in Control Period shall extend for the two-year period following the subsequent Change in Control.
Change in Control Period. Means the two year period beginning the day a Change in Control occurs.
Change in Control Period. Means the period of time commencing three (3) months prior to and ending on the first (1st) anniversary of the effective date of a Change in Control.
Change in Control Period. The period commencing on the date occurring six months immediately prior to the date on which a Change in Control occurs and ending on the second anniversary of the date on which a Change in Control occurs.
Change in Control Period. Will mean the period commencing three (3) months prior to a Change in Control and ending eighteen (18) months after the Change in Control.
Change in Control Period. Means (i) any period during which the Company is party to a definitive agreement with any other Person, the consummation of the transactions contemplated by which would result in a Change in Control, and (ii) the period commencing on the date a Change in Control occurs and ending on the second anniversary of such date.
Change in Control Period. Means that period of time commencing on the date that is one (1) month prior to the date of the consummation of a Change in Control and ending on the first (1st) anniversary of such Change in Control.
Change in Control Period. Means the period beginning on the date of a Change in Control and ending on the eighteenth-month anniversary of the Change in Control.
