Change in Control Period

Change in Control Period. The period beginning one (1) month prior to a Change in Control and ending twelve (12) months following a Change in Control.

Change in Control Period. The period beginning three (3) months prior to a Change in Control and ending eighteen (18) months following a Change in Control.

Change in Control Period. The period beginning on a Change in Control and ending 12 months after the Change in Control

Change in Control Period. The 12-month period immediately following the occurrence of the first event constituting a Change in Control; provided, however, that the Change in Control Period applicable to the Chief Executive Officer and the President and Chief Operating Officer will also include the 3-month period immediately preceding the occurrence of the first event constituting a Change in Control
