Change in Control Termination. Qualifying Termination of Employment that occurs during the period commencing on the date occurring six months immediately prior to the date on which a Change in Control occurs and ending on the second anniversary of the date on which a Change in Control occurs

Change in Control Termination. Change in Control Termination.
