Example Definitions of "Change in Control Termination"
Change in Control Termination. (i) an Involuntary Termination Without Cause, or (ii) a Constructive Termination, in either case that occurs within the period starting three months prior to a Change in Control and ending on the first anniversary of the Change in Control.
Change in Control Termination. The occurrence of both: (A) a Change in Control and (B) during the period commencing 12 months prior to the first occurrence of the Change in Control and ending 24 months after such Change in Control, the Company or one of its Subsidiaries involuntarily terminates the Optionee's employment or Service without Cause or the Optionee terminates employment for Good Reason.
Change in Control Termination. A Participant's Covered Termination, that occurs during the Change in Control Protection Period
Change in Control Termination. Shall have the meaning set forth in Paragraph 2.
