Example Definitions of "Claims"
Claims. Shall mean any and all claims, demands, rights, and causes of action, and similar legal incidents, whether tangible or intangible, and whether founded upon statutory law, common law, equitable principles, tort, contract, or otherwise, discovered to exist at any time (including the future), either presently existing or which may come into existence in the future, held directly, derivatively, by assignment, by subrogation, or otherwise.
