Claims. A "Claim" and collectively, "Claims"

Claims. Means any and all claims, demands or causes of action, relating to or resulting from an Action.

Claims. Any claims, actions, causes of action, liabilities, agreements, demands, damages, debts, rights, interests, obligations, suits, judgments and charges of whatever nature, whether liquidated or unliquidated, fixed or contingent, matured or unmatured, foreseen or unforeseen, known or unknown, that exist or may exist as of the date of this Agreement, or thereafter arising in law, equity or otherwise.
