Claims

Claims. Any threatened, asserted, pending or completed action (including shareholder actions), suit or proceeding, whether civil, criminal, administrative or investigative, or any inquiry or investigation (including discovery), whether conducted by the Company or any other Person, that might lead or is threatened to lead to the institution of any such action, suit or proceeding.
