Closing

Closing. The same meaning as defined in the Share Purchase Agreement

Closing. Means the closing under the Share Purchase Agreement.

Closing. The date that Seller assigns, transfers, conveys and delivers free & clear title and interest in and-to-and possession of all the Ophir Collection to Buyer.

Closing. Means the consummation of the transfer of the Assumed Assets and the assumption of the Assumed Liabilities, as contemplated by this Agreement.

Closing. Means the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby.

Closing. Means the closing of the purchase and sale of the Note and Warrant on the Closing Date.
