Combination Product

Example Definitions of "Combination Product"
Combination Product. A product which comprises (i) the Licensed Product, and (ii) at least one other active ingredient, which, if administered independently of the Licensed Product, would have a clinical effect.
Combination Product. A Product containing one or more other therapeutically active ingredients in addition to the Drug Substance
Combination Product. Any product that is comprised in part of a Licensed Product and in part of one or more other components which are not themselves Licensed Products (the "Other Components"). Other Components do not include surfactants, diluents and carriers and are not licensed products subject to fees under a license from a third party.
Combination Product. Means any unified dose (e.g., not a kit of two separate and distinct drug dosage forms) of pharmaceutical product which is comprised of the Product and other therapeutically active compound(s) and/or ingredient(s).
Combination Product. A product containing a Licensed Product together with one or more other active ingredients, devices, equipment or components that are themselves not Licensed Products
Combination Product. Means a Licensed Product containing: (i) the Compound, and (ii) one or more other active pharmaceutical ingredients.
Combination Product. Any product containing both a pharmaceutically active agent or ingredient that constitutes an Other Licensed Product and one or more other pharmaceutically active agents or ingredients that do not constitute Other Licensed Products.
Combination Product. A pharmaceutical preparation that includes one or more Non-Covered Components in addition to one or more Covered Components. All references to Licensed Product in this Agreement shall be deemed to include Combination Product.
Combination Product. Either: (a) any pharmaceutical product that consists of a Product and at least one other active ingredient that is not a Product; or (b) any combination of a Product and another pharmaceutical product that contains at least one other active ingredient that is not a Product where, in each case, such products are not formulated together but are sold together as a single product and invoiced as one product
Combination Product. Any product that is either (a) a combination of a Licensed Product and another therapeutic product that is not a Licensed Product in a kit form and is intended for sale, transfer, lease or other disposition by Licensee or a Sublicensee or (b) is produced by combining the Licensed Product with another therapeutic product that is not a Licensed Product and is intended for sale, transfer, lease or other disposition by Licensee or a Sublicensee.
