Example Definitions of "Combination Product"
Combination Product. Means a Product that includes at least one additional active ingredient other than the Compound. Drug delivery vehicles, adjuvants, and excipients will not be deemed to be "active ingredients", except in the case where such delivery vehicle, adjuvant, or excipient is recognized by the FDA as an active ingredient in accordance with 21 CFR 210.3(b)(7).
Combination Product. Means a pharmaceutical product created pursuant to a Preclinical Assessment Plan that combines an Affimed Compound and the Artiva Cell Product in one co-vialed, co-manufactured, or co-cryopreserved therapy.
Combination Product. Any Product sold or used in combination with one or more other products which are not Products.
Combination Product. A product which contains (i) a component that is a LICENSED PRODUCT and (ii) one or more other essential functional components which could be sold separately and which perform(s) a useful function independent of the LICENSED PRODUCT component.

Combination Product. Shall mean a product comprising: a Single Agent Product and one or more products containing one or more Other Actives as the sole active pharmaceutical ingredient(s) (each, an "Other Product"), as separate products in a co-packaged form sold for a single price.
