Example Definitions of "Combination Product"
Combination Product. Any product containing both a pharmaceutically active agent or ingredient that constitutes an Other Licensed Product and one or more other pharmaceutically active agents or ingredients that do not constitute Other Licensed Products.
Combination Product. A pharmaceutical preparation that includes one or more Non-Covered Components in addition to one or more Covered Components. All references to Licensed Product in this Agreement shall be deemed to include Combination Product.
Combination Product. Either: (a) any pharmaceutical product that consists of a Product and at least one other active ingredient that is not a Product; or (b) any combination of a Product and another pharmaceutical product that contains at least one other active ingredient that is not a Product where, in each case, such products are not formulated together but are sold together as a single product and invoiced as one product
Combination Product. Any product that is either (a) a combination of a Licensed Product and another therapeutic product that is not a Licensed Product in a kit form and is intended for sale, transfer, lease or other disposition by Licensee or a Sublicensee or (b) is produced by combining the Licensed Product with another therapeutic product that is not a Licensed Product and is intended for sale, transfer, lease or other disposition by Licensee or a Sublicensee.
Combination Product. An Initial Product that includes at least one additional marker that is not covered by the Patent Rights.
Combination Product. A Product in the form of a combination product containing any Product and one or more additional active pharmaceutical ingredients and/or any additional active excipients that (if sold separately) would not be Products.
Combination Product. Has the meaning given to it in Section5.3.3.
Combination Product. A Licensed Product that is comprised of or contains one (1) or more Licensed Product(s) as an active ingredient together with one (1) or more different active ingredients, whether in the same or different formulations.

Combination Product. A pharmaceutical product that contains one or more additional active ingredients (whether coformulated or copackaged) other than tazemetostat. Pharmaceutical dosage form vehicles, generic or biosimilar compounds in addition to tazemetostat, adjuvants and excipients shall be deemed not to be "active ingredients".
