Committee
Committee. The Human Resources and Compensation/Nominating and Governance Committee of the Board or such members of the Board as are selected by the Board from time to time to administer the Plan.
Committee. Means the Compensation Committee of the Board or, if none, the Board or such committee of the Board, if any, as may be appointed by the Board to administer the Plan.
Committee. Means the Board, unless and until a committee of one or more members of the Board is appointed by the Board in accordance with Section 3(c) of the Plan.
