Committee

Committee. (i) the Compensation Committee of the Board, (ii) such other committee of the Board appointed by the Board to administer the Plan or (iii) as provided in Section 3.1 hereof, the full Board

Committee. Means the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Company or a successor to Company.

Committee. The Board or, if the Board so determines, a committee appointed by the Board to administer the Plan

Committee. A committee of two or more directors designated by the Board to administer this Policy

Committee. The "Committee" shall mean the Compensation Committee of the Board or another committee appointed by the Board to administer and fulfill its duties under the Plan.

Committee. The Administrative Committee of the Waste Management Employee Benefit Plans appointed by the Board to administer the Plan as described in Section 4 below

Committee. The Compensation Committee or any other committee appointed by the Board in accordance with subsection C of Section 3 to administer the Plan, or the Board acting in lieu of such committee if not established. The Committee shall be composed of non-employee directors only

Committee. Means the Compensation Committee of the Board. If no Committee is appointed, the term "Committee" means the Board, except in those instances where the text clearly indicates otherwise.

Committee. The meaning ascribed to such term in the recitals of this Agreement

Committee. The Compensation and Nominating Governance Committee of the Board, or such other committee of the Board as may be designated by the Board to administer the Plan.
