Example Definitions of "Committee"
Committee. The Committee means the Governance, Compensation and Nominating Committee of the Corporation's Board of Directors.
Committee. The Compensation Committee of the Board, which shall be comprised solely of two or more outside directors meeting the requirements of Code Section 162(m)(4)(C)(i) to the extent the Plan is intended to satisfy the requirements of Code Section 162(m).
Committee. A committee of the Board.

Committee. Means any committee appointed by the Board or Compensation Committee to administer the Plan or any aspect of the Plan, and may include a committee of Officers or employees of the Company where permitted under Applicable Laws.
