Committee. The directors duly appointed to administer the Plan

Committee. One or more committees or subcommittees of the Board, which may be comprised of one or more directors and/or executive officers of the Company, in either case, to the extent permitted in accordance with Applicable Laws

Committee. The Compensation Committee of the Company or any subcommittee of the Board as appointed by the Board in accordance with Section 4 of the Plan

Committee. Shall mean a committee appointed by the Board in accordance with Section 4.1 of the Plan.

Committee. Shall mean a committee of members of the Board appointed by the Board to administer the Plan

Committee. Means the Executive Compensation and Option Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company

Committee. Means the Board or, if the Board so delegates, the Compensation Committee of the Board or a subcommittee thereof, or any other committee delegated authority by the Board to administer this Plan. If the Board determines appropriate, such committee may be comprised solely of directors designated by the Board to administer this Plan who are (a) "non-employee directors" within the meaning of Rule 16b-3 under the Exchange Act, and (b) "independent directors" within the meaning of the rules of the... NYSE American (or other applicable exchange or market on which the Common Stock may be traded or quoted). Committee. Shall mean the Talent and Compensation Committee of the Board or another committee or subcommittee of the Board described in Section 3 hereof.2

Committee. Means the Compensation Committee of the Board (or any successor committee) or such other individual or committee designated by the Board to administer the Plan. If no individual or committee is duly authorized by the Board to administer the Plan, the term "Committee" shall be deemed to refer to the Board for all purposes under the Plan.

Committee. Means one or more committees or subcommittees of the Board consisting of two (2) or more Directors (or such lesser or greater number of Directors as shall constitute the minimum number permitted by Applicable Laws to establish a committee or sub-committee of the Board) appointed by the Board to administer the Plan in accordance with Section 4 below.
