Committee

Example Definitions of "Committee"
Committee. Shall mean the committee appointed by the Board in accordance with Section 13(a) of the Plan
Committee. Two or more members of the Compensation Committee of the Board, each of whom is an “outside director” within the meaning of Section 162(m) of the Code.
Committee. The Committee appointed or designated by the Board to administer the Plan in accordance with Section 3 hereof.
Committee. The Total Compensation Committee, or any successor committee authorized to provide oversight and development of non-officer compensation programs
