Committee. The Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Bank.

Committee. The committee of the Board appointed pursuant to Article 4.

Committee. “Committee” means a committee of Directors appointed by the Board in accordance with Section 4 hereof.

Committee. The Compensation and Management Development Committee of the Board. The foregoing notwithstanding, the term Committee shall refer to the full Board in any case in which it is performing any function of the Committee under the Plan

Committee. “Committee” shall mean the committee appointed by the Company’s Board of Directors to administer this Plan. The Committee shall consist of at least three members who shall have the responsibility for the administration of the Plan. The members of the Committee shall be appointed from time to time by the Board and shall signify their acceptance in writing. They shall also elect a secretary who may, but need not be, one of the members of the Committee, and who shall be responsible for maintaining minutes of the Committee meeting and copies of any reports prepared by the Committee.
