Example Definitions of "Common Stock"
Common Stock. As defined in the recitals above.
Common Stock. Means shares of the Company's Series I Common Stock, par value $0.0001 per share.
Common Stock. (i) from and after the Effective Time until the Holdco Merger Effective Time, Company Common Stock and (ii) from and after the Holdco Merger Effective Time, Holdco Common Stock
